My fee for service is $200.00 per 45-60-minute session. Sessions longer than 60-minutes are charged for the additional time pro rata.  You are expected to pay for services at the time services are rendered. I accept health spending/FSA account payment, electronic payment and credit cards. 

Per the 2022 No Surprises Act, I will provide a written estimate of yearly cost, with diagnosis and service codes upon your request once services are retained.

I am not contracted with any insurance company, but will be happy to provide you with a Superbill (medical receipt) if you wish to submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement using out of network benefits.
